I have been training with Cindy Gaffney for approximately 3 years. Cindy is a wonderful trainer who gives 100% to her clients. She has guided me into core strength training. Using a variety of equipment such as the BOSU ball, stability ball and free weights, core training has enabled me to stay injury free while participating in the other sports that I love, like mountain biking, running, hiking, wake boarding, golf and skiing. Cindy's expertise and experience keeps every workout enjoyable and fresh. Since working out with Cindy doing core training, I know my balance is much better and I have been able to maintain a healthy weight without dieting. It is with great pleasure that I write this letter for Cindy Gaffney. After a year of training with her, I am so thrilled with the results that I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone in search of a fitness trainer. She's as qualified and competent as they come. I should know. In many ways, I am the prototype for the kind of client in need of her services. When I first starting training with Cindy, I was desperate. A lifelong exerciser and athlete, I had spent so many years playing hard that my body started to rebel, and I was afraid that nagging injuries and overall fatigue would never allow me to return to my previous fitness level. My one vigorous exercise routine had been reduced to walking on a treadmill and praying my neck, back, and shoulders didn't seize up. I approached the owner of my gym and asked his advice. He recommended Cindy, and I've never looked back. It was clear from the beginning that Cindy was qualified and competent, but her experience and expertise also manifested themselves in more subtle ways. Not only did she meet with me beforehand to discuss my physical issues, she helped me define my fitness goals. In short, she made sure I had a purpose in working out with her. Each time we met, she continued along that same thoughtful path and continues, today, to be the most conscientious fitness guide I could imagine. By taking me through personalized workouts that allow me to progress slowly and carefully toward my goal, she has given me back the life I had lost. My core and back are strong; and, I feel as fit as I ever have. est of all, I have never been bored, because Cindy's routines are high interest, challenging, and safe, I actually look forward to going to the gym. Although I have achieved my initial goals, I continue to train with Cindy because it's fun, and because she encourages me to improve. In fact, my husband has been so impressed with my results that he plans to start training with her as well. I can't say that I blame him.
